To register and link SBI mutual fund folio to online portal you need your PAN number, registered mobile number with the folio and an e-mail Id. Keep the registered mobile number handy because of an OTP will received on that number while you go through the process.

 

How to do SBI Mutual Fund balance check online:

By this process you can do SBI SIP balance check or lump sum investment current balance check. Here is the step by step procedure of SBI mutual fund balance check online.

 

STEP 1: Go to your search engine and search the website www.sbimf.com. After search click on the first search result which appeared as “Mutual Fund India-SBI Mutual Fund, Mutual Fund Investment”.

 

STEP 2: Now the home page of SBI mutual fund website will be appeared. An option ‘Login’ will be seen on the top right side of the page. Click on this option.

 


STEP 3: A new page will open here you will find the login options. You can login here by using your user Id and password after register with SBIMF website. Now click on the option “New User”.

 


STEP 4: After click on “New User” a new form will open. Where you have  to enter your PAN number, e-mail Id, mobile number,  a password of your choice, confirm password and captcha code shown in the box. Enter all the details correctly and click on ‘Register’. If you have given e-mail and mobile number at time of applied for SBI mutual fund then enter that email id and mobile number here.

 


STEP 5: Now an OTP will be sent to your e-mail address. Enter the OTP on this page and click on ‘Verify’. If you don’t receive the OTP then click on “Resend OTP”.

 


STEP 6: In this step you will see your existing folio number and an option “Link” against it. You need to click on the option “Link”.


STEP 7: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which you have submitted at the time of opening SBI mutual fund. The OTP will expire after three minutes. (Last four digit of your mobile number and your PAN number will also be displayed here.) Enter the OTP on this page and click on ‘Submit’.

 


STEP 8: In this new page you will that the folio number shown in green colour. It means your folio number is linked with this online account. An option ‘continue’ will be seen under the link folio heading. Click on this option.

 


STEP 9: You will be redirected to another page where you will see your investment amount, your current amount and the absolute changes of your investment.

 

From this page you can start another investment under the same folio or create a new folio, redeem your mutual fund and do much more.
