How to download KPKB card and verify PAN?

 

Hello friends in this article we are going to discuss on “how to download KPKB card and verify PAN”. In the first time while the “Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar” card introduced the verifying PAN was not mandatory to download the Police canteen card. But the process has been changed now. Now you have to verify PAN before downloading the KPKB card.

 

If you have downloaded the card at the beginning, you should download the card now again. Because of the card number on the card you have downloaded first is not same to the card number which is downloaded now. Hence you should verify PAN and download the KPKB card once again. Most of the police personnel don’t know this fact. That is why we are discussing the KPKB verifying PAN and downloaded process on the following paragraphs.

 

How to download KPKB card and verify PAN:

To verify PAN and download KPKB card you will be needed the user Id means your registered email Id and KPKB password. Hence keep both of them handy and follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website https://home.kpkbmha.in Keep in mind that type this website on the address bar of your browser. Because of if you type on Google search bar sometimes the page we are searching for is not appeared.

 

STEP 2: You will be on the “Retail ERP Hobe” page. Here you will see an option “consumer login”. Click on this link.

 

STEP 3: Now you will be redirected to the consumer registration page from where you have applied for the KPKB card. Here again you will see a link “Consumer Login”. Click on this link again.

 

STEP 4: A pop up message will be appeared on the screen. Read this message and click on “Understood”. Now you will be on the login page. Here you are asked to enter your user name, password and the captcha code shown on the box. Username is your email Id which you have given at the time of registration. After entering all click on “Login”. An OTP will be received on registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and validate.

 

If you have forgotten the password you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Password” link.

 

STEP 5: Now you will be logged in to your account. Here you will see your details. On the end of the page you will also see a “Verify PAN” option. Hence you need to verify your PAN details here.

 

To verify your PAN check all the details already exist on this page. Delete the PAN number and enter the PAN number again. Upload a profile picture of size up to 140 kb. The image format should be jpg, jpeg, png.

 

You also have to upload your regimental Identity card on the PDF format only. Its maximum size should be 250 kb. Now upload both the files and click on “Verify PAN”.

 

STEP 6: An OTP will be received on your mobile number. Enter the OTP here and click on “verify”. Now your mobile number will be verified.

 

You will also see a “done” button on the end of the page. Click on this button.

 

STEP 7: A message will be appeared on the screen. It says “Thank You for verification. Your beneficiary Id has been updated. Please download the new beneficiary Id card”.

 

Click here on the link “Please Login Again”.

 

STEP 8: You will be redirected to the login page again. Enter all the credentials and login to your account again.

 

STEP 9: After login to your account you will see different details than before. Here you will see a message that your application has been approved. You will also see a link “Download ID card”. Click on this link here.

 

STEP 10: Your card will be appeared on the screen. Go to the end of the page and click on the button “Download”. Your card will be saved on your device.

 

If you have downloaded at the first time of introducing the KPKB card and if your compare both card then you will see the number of the card is changed on the new downloaded card and your mobile number will be shown as verified.
