STEP 5: An OTP will be received on your registered mobile number enter the OTP and click on ‘Authenticate’. If you have not received the OTP you can resend it by clicking on call or SMS after a few seconds.

 

STEP 6: You will be redirected to another page, in this page you are asked to enter three numbers from your grid card. You will find your grid numbers reverse to your ATM card. Enter the grid digits on this page and click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 7: Now you are asked to enter your new password and confirm new password. Enter the password of your choice on both boxes. Keep in mind that the password should contain at least one upper case, one lower case, one number. After entering the passwords click on ‘Update’.
