But sometimes by mistake the ticket is deleted by them. Again at the time of travel they need their ticket. Sometimes they need their ticket to submit it in their office for various reasons like LTC claim, proof of travel etc.  In such conditions how they can download Air India ticket online.

How to download Air India flight ticket online:

Before going to download the flight ticket from Air India website keep in mind that you should have your PNR number handy. The PNR number is received on massage or e-mail at the time of ticket booking. It also displayed on the screen at the completion of ticket booking. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website www.airindia.in the official website of Air India airlines and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: In this home page you will see some different categories. You will see an option ‘Manage Booking’. Click on this option. Here some new options will be displayed. That’s are Manage Booking, Domestic Fares and Penalties, Web check in and Time Table.

Click on the option ‘Manage Booking’ option here.

 

STEP 3: After click on the option ‘Manage Booking’ a form will be open. Here you have to enter the passenger’s last name and the PNR number or the Booking reference number on this page. Enter the required details here and click on the ‘Retrieve Booking’ button.

 

STEP 4: Now you are redirected to my booking page. Here you will see your booked ticket on Air India website. You will also see 6 another options under the ticket details. The options are Print Confirmation, Cancel Booking, Book Another, Extra Baggage, Passenger Details Update and GST Update. Click on the option ‘Print Confirmation’.

 

STEP 5: In this page you will see the same details as above. But an additional option send confirmation to your email will open. Here you will also see your primary e-mail which you have entered at the time of ticket booking. If you want to enter a secondary e-mail then you can enter it.

 

At the end of the page you will see two buttons ‘Print Ticket’ and ‘Send e-mail’. Click on the button ‘Print Ticket’ if you wish to download the ticket or print the ticket. And if you wish to receive the ticket on e-mail then click on ‘Send e-mail’ button.

Click on the ‘Print Ticket’ option.

 

STEP 6: Now your ticket will be displayed on another window. Click on the download symbol to save the ticket on your PC or mobile. If you have printer then click on the ‘Print’ symbol to print directly.

 

After click on the download symbol ‘save as’ window will open. Select the saving destination and give a name of the document and click on ‘Save’.
