The answer is yes you can download the policy from National Insurance Company website even though you have bought the policy from third party website.

How to download National Insurance policy copy:

To download National Insurance Policy copy you should have the registered mobile number or email address with the policy handy. IF you have anyone of them then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to https://nationalinsurance.nic.co.in and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: Now you are on the home page of the National Insurance Company website. You will see an option bar on the right side of the page. You will find a download symbol on this bar. Click on this download symbol.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to another page. In this page you are asked to enter your registered mobile number or email address with the policy. Enter any one of them and click on ‘send OTP’.

 

STEP 4: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address which you have entered on the above step. Enter the OTP here and click on ‘verify’.

 

Keep in mind that you can resend OTP maximum three times and need to verify within seven minutes.

 

STEP 5: In this page you will see your active policies linked with your entered mobile number or email address. You will see the policy details on this page. If you scroll to the right of the page you will see a download symbol against the policy. Click on this symbol here.
