How to download PLI premium receipt online?

 

Hello friends, in this blog we are going to discuss about ‘how to download PLI premium receipt online. If you are a Postal Life Insurance customer and you are paying PLI premium online then you can download the payment receipt easily.

 

Many times PLI customers forgot to download the premium payment receipt at the time of payment. But after some times when they need the Postal Life Insurance Premium paid certificate they confused how to download PLI premium paid receipt.

 

Therefore in this blog we are discussing on this matter how to get PLI premium paid receipt online. To know the process follow the steps described on the following paragraphs.

 

How to download PLI premium receipt online:

Before going to download the PLI premium paid receipt you should know that the receipt will only be available after 24 hours of online payment. Therefore try to download the receipt after 24 hours.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website https://pli.indiapost.gov.in and open the home page customer login page of the website.

 

STEP 2: Now you are at the login page of PLI online portal. On this page enter your customer Id, password and captcha code and click on login. You can also create customer Id by clicking on ‘generate customer Id’. You can reset your password clicking on ‘Forgot password’ and customer Id clicking on ‘Forgot customer ID’.

 

STEP 3: Now you are logged in to your PLI account. Here on the upper bar of the page you will see a ‘Tools & Utilities’ tab. Click on this tab here. Some other options will be appeared. Click on the option ‘Payment History’ out of them.

 

STEP 4: As you click on ‘Payment History’ you are asked to select policy number on this step. Select the policy number for which you want to download the payment receipt and click on the tab ‘Get Payment History’.

 

STEP 5: Now the list of payment history will be displayed. Here you will be seen the order number, transaction type, transaction date, status etc. You will also see the ‘Download Receipt’ option against the receipt number. Click on the ‘Download Receipt’ option save the receipt on your device.
