How to schedule payment in SBI Net banking?

 


Hi guys, in this article we are going to discuss about how to schedule payment in SBI Net Banking. If you are SBI customer and you are using internet banking of SBI then you can do it easily.

 

Many times people have to pay money to someone in a fixed date. But at the time of payment he may be on a busy schedule or out of network coverage or any other situation where he will not able to transfer money on that day. In such situation the person can schedule his payment now for that day. And on the scheduled date money will be automatically transferred to the beneficiary’s account.

 

By this process one can avoid late payment situation even he is not doing bank transaction on the payment date. This option is a good facility to those SBI customers who are always busy and travelling one part to other part of the country or abroad.

 

How to schedule payment in SBI net banking:

You can schedule fund transfer in SBI net banking for different dates. Before going to schedule transfer of fund keep in mind that the account number where you need to send money should be added to your internet banking beneficiary list. If not then add the beneficiary to your net banking first. TO know the process of how to schedule payment in SBI net banking follow following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website www.onlinesbi.com and open the SBI internet banking login page. Then login to your SBI account using your internet banking user Id, password, captcha code and the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

 

STEP 2: Now you are logged in to your account. You will find a ‘payment/transfer’ option on the top bar of the page. Click on this ‘payment/transfer’ tab. Then a list of different options will be appeared.

 

Here click on the option “Fund transfer-own SBI AC” if you need to transfer fund to your own SBI account. You have to click on the option ‘Accounts of other-within SBI’ if you need to transfer fund to another person’s account within SBI. And click on the option ‘other bank account’ if the account is in outside the SBI.

 


STEP 3: A new page will open. In this page you will see your account number from which the amount will be debited. You have to enter amount to be transferred and a purpose from the drop down menu. After entering those requirement select the account number in which you want to schedule fund transfer from the list of beneficiaries displayed on the screen.

 


After selecting account number from the list you will see another three option ‘pay now’, ‘schedule later’ and ‘standing instruction’. Click on the option ‘schedule later’. As you select the option schedule later another option ‘select the payment date’ will be appeared. Select the payment date here and finally click on ‘submit’.

 


STEP 4: Another new page will open. In this page the details you have selected on the previous step. Check the details once again and click on ‘confirm’.

 

STEP 5: An OTP will be received on your registered mobile number. Enter OTP on this page and click on ‘confirm’.

 

Now a message will be displayed. Where the details of your payment will be displayed, you will also get a reference number for further transaction status. You can also print this information by clicking on ‘print’ button.
