How to recharge mobile in Airtel thanks app:

To recharge mobile in Airtel thanks app follow the following steps.

 

STEP1: Go to your mobile and open the Airtel Thanks application. You will see an option ‘Recharge’ on the home page. Click on this option.

 

STEP 2: A new page will open. Here you will see some options like board band, data card, DTH, prepaid etc. Click on the ‘Prepaid’ option form the list.

 

STEP 3: In this page you are asked to enter your mobile number to be recharge. If you enter an Airtel mobile number then it will automatically fetch the details like operator name and circle. And if you have entered any other operator’s mobile number then you need to select the operator name and circle also. Select the details from the lists. After selecting them you need to select a pack from the list shown under the amount box. Select the rechargeable pack from the list.

 

STEP 4: As you select the pack on the above option you will be redirected to the payment page. Here you will see the various payment options. Select any one payment option from the list and complete the payment.

 

STEP 5: After completed the payment you will again redirected to your Airtel Thanks app and the successful recharge massage will be appeared. You will also see the recharged pack benefit on the screen. Here you will see another option ‘view receipt’ on the right top corner of the page. If you click on this option then the details of your recharge will be appeared. You can take a screen shot of this receipt for future correspondence.
