STEP 2: Now you will be redirected to Air Asia flight booking website. Here you will see an option ‘Check in’ on the upper bar of the page. Click on that option.

 

STEP 3: A new page will open. Here you have to enter your departure city, booking number and last name of the passenger. After entering all the details click on the ‘Search’ button. Here your PNR number is the booking number and the departure city is your boarding city.

 

STEP 4: The passenger’s name will be displayed on the screen. Trick on the box against the passenger’s name. A new format will display. You need to enter mobile number of the passenger, destination address and the destination PIN code of the passenger. After entering the details click on ‘continue’ button.

 

STEP 5: Now you will see a declaration form of Covid 19. Trick on the box before the terms ‘I declare that’ and click on the ‘continue’ button at the end of the declaration. (This step may be removed after normalized of Covid 19 situation)

 

STEP 6: In this step the list of prohibited items will be displayed. You need to read and agreed the Dangerous item notice and click on ‘Continue’.

 

STEP 7: A new page will appeared. Here you can add the add-ons like meal, wheel chair, travel protection, seat selection etc. If you wish to add any one of them then you can add from this page otherwise click on ‘continue to check in’.

 

If you select seat on the seat selection add-ons then your selected seat will be reflect otherwise auto assign seat will be displayed on the seat selection option.

 

STEP 8: Now in this page your boarding pass will be displayed. You can download or print this boarding pass by clicking on the download or print option displayed on the top right side of the page.
