recently and you want to cancel the ticket thereafter then you can do it

In today’s life people want to do all his online works on a
single app. In such wants people booked train ticket using Yono SBI. But many
of them don’t know how to cancel rail ticket on Yono SBI app. That is why we
are discussing on this topic.
You should also know that if you booked train ticket on Yono
SBI then you can cancel the ticket online through Yono SBI only. So you need to
know how to cancel train ticket in Yono SBI.
How to
cancel train ticket on Yono SBI:
Before going to cancel train ticket using Yono SBI you should
have a ticket booked through Yono. If you have the same and you want to cancel
the ticket then follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to
Yono SBI mobile app and login to your account using MPIN.
STEP 2: Now you
are logged in to your account. You are on your account’s dashboard. Click on
the option ‘Train Ticket’ on this page.
STEP 3: As you
click on ‘Train Ticket’ on the above step, you will be redirected to IRCTC
ticket booking page. On this page you will find your IRCTC user Id on the right
top of the page. Near user Id you will see a cursor. Click on this cursor.
STEP 4: A list
of some options will be appeared on the screen. Click on the ‘booking history’
option out of them.
STEP 5: Now you
will see your booked tickets on the page. Here click on the ticket which you
want to cancel.
STEP 6: Your
selected ticket details will be appeared on the screen. You will see a ‘Cancel
ticket’ link on the bottom of the page. Click on this link on this page.
STEP 7: Now you
will see the names of the passengers in the ticket on this page. Select the
passenger name which you want to cancel. If there are more than one passenger
on the ticket and you want to cancel the ticket for all the passengers then select
all the names on the ticket and click on ‘Next’.
Keep in mind that if there is more than one passenger on the
ticket and you want to cancel partially means you want to cancel ticket for one
or two passengers then you can easily do it.
STEP 8: A pop
up message will be displayed on the screen. It says “Are you sure you want to
cancel the ticket (s) of the selected traveler (s)?” Click on ‘confirm’ here.
STEP 9: Your
ticket will be cancelled and ticket cancelled SMS will be received on your
mobile. You will see the amount to be returned to your account. The amount will
be credited to your account within 2-5 days.
