Hello guys in this article we are going to discuss on how to
raise complaint in Yono SBI. If you are a SBI customer and you want to raise a
complaint in SBI online then you can easily do it through Yono SBI mobile app.
Suppose you were doing an online transaction using SBI
internet banking or mobile banking or ATM card or UPI etc. Then suppose your
transaction has been failed and the money is deducted from your account. Or
your transaction was shown successful but beneficiary/merchandise not updated the
payment. In such situation you need to raise a complaint against your transaction
in SBI to get the money back.
Here you can register a complaint in SBI in two ways one is
by calling customer service and the other is online. But if you do complaint through
customer service, sometimes they don’t understand your problem and register a
wrong complaint.
If you raise the complaint online then you need to go through
a step by step process and you need to select the categories of your complaint
in a systematic manner. While the officials of concern department in SBI check
your details they can easily find out your transaction and can solve your
problem.

How to
raise complaint in Yono SBI:
By this process you can register a complaint in SBI whether
it is financial or non-financial. In this description we are discussing it
through Yono SBI mobile app.
STEP 1: Go to
Yono your mobile and open Yono SBI. On the login page you will see a ‘Helpline’
option on the bottom right corner of the page. Click on this option.
STEP 2: A pop
up window will be appeared on the screen. Here you will find the helpline
numbers and two links. One is ‘Click here to register complaint for unauthorized
transaction’ and the other is ‘Click here to register other complaints’. Click on
the second link on this pop up window.
STEP 3: Now you
will be redirected to the complaint page. Here first you are asked to select ‘Raise
Request/Complaint type’. Click on the box and select your complaint type. As
you click to select you will see the following three options.
1. Raise Request.
2. Raise Complaint-Existing Customer-Financial Complaint.
3. Raise Complaint – Others.
Select which type of complaint related to you. Here we select
‘raise Complaint-Existing Customer-Financial Complaint’. Because of I my
transaction was failed when I was paying my mobile bill.
On the next you have to select ‘Raise Request/Complaint’.
Click to select from the drop down menu. Here also you will see two categories.
1. Digital Payment/Failed Transaction.
2. Unauthorized Transaction.
Select which one is related to you. Here we select the first
one ‘Digital/Failed Transaction will click on ‘Submit’.
STEP 4: A new
page will open. In this page you are asked to enter your account number and the
captcha code displayed on the screen. Enter the both characters and click on ‘send
OTP’.
STEP 5: An OTP
will be sent to your registered mobile number and email Id. Enter the OTP and
click on ‘Validate OTP’.
STEP 6: Now in
this step again you need to select some categories of your complaint. First you
have to select your ‘Category of complaint/Request’, secondly ‘Product &
Services’, thirdly ‘Nature of Complaint/Request’ and ‘Write a brief description
of your complaint within 500 characters’.
STEP 7: As you
click to select your ‘Category of Complaint/Request’ you will see a list of
categories as shown on the image bellow. Select the category related to your
transaction. We will select ‘Yono’. Because of I did the transaction using Yono
App.
While you click to select the ‘Product & Services’ the
options displayed on the following image will be appeared. Select as per your
complaint category. We select here ‘Yono Bill Payment’.
While you go to select the third category i.e. ‘Nature of Complaint/Request’
a list of various options will be appeared as seen in the following image.
Select the suitable one to your complaint. We select here ‘Regarding Bharat
Bill Payment System’.
Write a brief description about your transaction. Write your
transaction ref number and date if available. Finally click on ‘Submit’.
STEP 8: Your complaint
will be forwarded to concern department. Once your complaint is successfully registered
a ticket number will be sent to your registered mobile number. Note it for
future communication. Within 2-3 days your problem will be solved by SBI. SBI
may also contact you if needed.
