How to get SBI virtual debit card online?

 

 

Hello friends, in this article we are going to discuss on how to get SBI virtual debit card online. If you are a SBI customer then you can create a virtual debit card against your account. You can use this ATM card for online shopping, online transactions, use it to create an UPI Id.

 

Many of SBI customers wanted to generate a virtual debit card but they don’t know how to generate SBI virtual debit card online. If you want to know the process then read the following paragraphs.

 

How to get SBI virtual debit card online:

In this description we are discussing the process of creating virtual debit card using Yono SBI. If you haven’t registered in Yono SBI before then register first then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to Yono SBI mobile app and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: Now you are logged in to your account. You will be on your account’s dashboard. Here you will see an option ‘Cards’. Click on this option.

 

STEP 3: Now you are on the card’s page. You will see the first section ‘SBI debit cards’. Click on the ‘My debit cards’ tab in this section.

 

STEP 4: You will be redirected to SBI debit cards page. Here you will find your existing debit cards details. You will see your existing debit card’s image. You will also see an option ‘Request a new card’ just above your card’s image. Click on this option on this page.

 

STEP 5

; in this step you will be on the request a new debit card page. Here you are asked to select virtual or physical option. Select the virtual option here. Then select your card type like Rupay Global, Visa Global, Master Global etc. Select one of them.

 

You will see the name to be written on the card. Click on the pencil image to change or edit the name otherwise agree the terms and conditions and click on ‘Next’.

 

STEP 6: An OTP will be received on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Next’.

 

STEP 7: Now your debit card will be successfully issued. The card number will also be displayed on the screen.  Now you need to activate the card to use. Therefore click on the link ‘Activate card’ link.

 

STEP 8: Your card has been activated message will be displayed again. Click on ‘Go to Relationship’ option.

 

STEP 9: Again you will be on your debit card page. Here you will see your debit card image. To use the card first you need to switch on the e-commerce option on your card.

 

Therefore click on ‘Mange uses & limits’ under the card’s image.

 

STEP 10: Here you will see last four digit of your debit card. Your domestic uses option will be switch on but e-commerce option is off. Turn on the e-commerce option and click on ‘Save changes’. Now you can use your SBI virtual card online.
