deactivate SBI UPI. If you are a SBI customer and you are using UPI in SBI Yono
app and you want to deactivate your SBI UPI Id. Then you can easily do it
through Yono SBI.
Many of SBI customers who are using SBI UPI wanted to delete
their SBI UPI Id but they don’t know how to delete SBI UPI Id. Sometimes some
SBI customers open new UPI Id in other apps and they don’t need of SBI UPI Id
more. Therefore they want to deregister SBI UPI Id.

procedure of deactivating SBI UPI Id.
How to
deactivate SBI UPI Id:
You can deactivate SBI UPI Id using Yono SBI. Now follow the
following steps to know the deactivation process of SBI BHIM UPI.
STEP 1: Go to
Yono SBI and login to your account.
STEP 2: Now you
are on the dashboard of your account. Click on ‘Yono Pay’ icon here.
STEP 3: All
the options under ‘Yono Pay’ will be appeared on the screen. Click on the ‘BHIM
UPI’ icon on this page.
STEP 4: Now you
are on SBI BHIM UPI page. In this page you will see the different options of
UPI. On the bottom of the page you will a ‘Manage’ option. Click on this option
here.
STEP 5: You
will be redirected to ‘Manage’ page. Here you will see your UPI Id, your
savings bank account number and some other options. Click on the option ‘View
all UPI Ids’ from the options displayed.
STEP 6: As you
click on ‘view all UPI Ids’ your all SBI UPI Ids will be displayed on the
screen. Select the UPI Id which you want to deregister and click on ‘Deregister’
option.
STEP 7: A pop
up message will be displayed. It asks if you deactivate the Id you will not
able to send or receive money using this Id and this Id will not be available
for you for next two years. It means if you need SBI UPI Id again you can
create a different Id. Click on ‘Confirm’ here.
Your UPI Id will be deactivated. If you have more than one
SBI UPI Id and you want to deactivate all then select and deregister again and
again for each UPI Id.
