How to download electricity/mobile bill payment receipt in iMobile app?

 

Hello friends, in this blog we are going to discuss how to download electricity bill payment receipt on iMobile app and how to download mobile bill payment receipt on in ICICI Bank.

 

If you are an ICICI bank customer and you have paid mobile bill or electricity bill using ICICI mobile baking app iMobile. Then you can easily download the electricity bill payment receipt or mobile bill payment receipt.

 

After successful payment of electricity bill or mobile bill people forgot to save the bill payment receipt. Thereafter any time if you want to download/ save the receipt then how to download electricity bill payment receipt on iMobile app.

 

How to download electricity bill payment receipt in ICICI Bank?

To download the receipt you must have registered with ICICI mobile banking app iMoble. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP1: Go to iMobile app and login with your MPIN or finger print.

 

STEP2: Now you are logged in to your account. Click on the three line option on the right top of the page.

 

STEP 3: As you click on the three line option some new options will be appeared on the screen. Here you will see an option ‘Receipts’. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 4: Now the list of various transactions will be appeared on the screen. Click on the transaction which you have done to pay mobile bill or electricity bill.

 

STEP 5: Now your bill payment receipt will be displayed on the screen. But in this page you will not see any download or save button. To download the or save the receipt you can follow a trick. You can take screen shot of the receipt or you can share the receipt to a whatsaap number of your family and then it can be downloaded.

 

On the right side top of the page you will see a share symbol. Click on this symbol. As you click on the share symbol you will see various share options. Out of them click on whatsaap or email and send it to your family member.

 

Now go to the family member’s mobile and download the receipt.
