How to solve voter Aadhaar link status ‘No Record Found’ problem:

First of all people commonly mistake while entering the reference Id on the ‘Application status tracking’ page. Actually the reference Id for Voter Aadhaar link process is like ONP123XXXXXX. But people enter the reference number as 123456XXXXXX. They ignored the letters like ‘ONP’ while entering reference number.

 

If you are also doing this mistake then enter the reference number in full like ONP1234XXXXX and track the status. You can follow the following steps for check Aadhaar voter link status check.

 

      1. Go to the website www.nvsp.in and open the home page of the website.

 

       2. You will see some icons on the page. Click on the icon ‘Track application status.’  

      

       3. You will be redirected to another page, where you are asked to enter your reference Id and the name of your state. Enter your reference number as full like ONP123XXXXXX. The reference number should be entered correctly. Check whether the reference number is a combination of letters and numbers. Then select the name of your state and click on ‘Track Status’.

 

 

Your Aadhaar Voter link status will be displayed on the screen.

 

The second process of checking Voter Aadhaar link status check:

In this process you need to login to your National Voter’s Service Portal and you can check the status easily. For that you have to remember your username and password. IF you have forgotten your password you can regenerate it by clicking on ‘Forgot password’. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to www.nvsp.in and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: Click on the ‘login’ button on the top bar of the page.

 

STEP 3: Here you are asked to enter your username, password and captcha code seen on the box. Enter your username as the mobile number or email id which you have entered at the time of registration. Then enter the captcha code seen on the box and finally click on ‘login’.

 

STEP 4: Now you are logged in to your NVSP account. On the top of the page you will see a ‘Dashboard’ option. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 5: As you click on the option ‘Dashboard’ you will be redirected to the online application status page. Here you will see the status of your all online application related to voter Id.

 

On the status page you will see the reference number, form number, date of submission and the status. For the Voter Aadhaar link you will find the form number form6b.

 

You can found the status as blank, accepted or rejected. Here if your status column is shown blank its means your application is submitted but Aadhaar and Voter is not yet linked. If you find the status as ‘Accepted’ then Aadhaar and Voter is linked. If you find it ‘Rejected’ then Aadhaar and Voter is not linked.
