STEP 1: Go to your mobile and open the Yono SBI mobile app and login using your user name and password or MPIN.

 

STEP 2: After login to your account you will be on the dashboard page of your SBI account. Here you will see a three line option on the left top corner of the page. Click on this option.

 

STEP 3: Now a list of various options will be displayed on the screen. Click on the option ‘Service Request’ out of them.

 

STEP 4: A new page will open. In this new page you will see the options under the service requests. Under the service request options you will find various icons. Out of them click on the icon ‘Tax and Investment’.

 

STEP 5: In this page you will see ‘PPF Loan & Withdrawal eligibility’ option. Click on this option here.

 

Now you will see your PPF loan eligibility or withdrawal limit on the screen. If you see the withdrawal limit then you will not see the loan eligibility. Because of loan option is available until you are eligible to withdrawal amount.
