How to check CGHS beneficiary medicine history?

 

Hi guys, in this article we are going to discuss to steps how to check CGHS beneficiary medicine history online. If you are a CGHS card holder and you are taking medicine at CGHS dispensaries. Then you can easily check the medicine history like what medicine you have been taken, medicine type etc.

 

Many people got check and his doctor asked what medicines was he or she taken before. In such conditions people can check his medicine history from CGHS website.

 

In the following steps we are describing the process how to know CGHS beneficiary medicine history online. To know the process follow the following steps described in the following paragraphs.

 

How to check CGHS beneficiary medicine history:

Before going to check medicine history in CGHS portal you need to register at CGHS customer corner first. After registration you can check your medicine history of CGHS dispensary.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website hhts://cghs.gov.in and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: After opened the home page you will see a ‘Beneficiary Corner’ tab. Click on this tab on the upper bar of the page.

 

STEP 3: As you click on the ‘beneficiary corner’ tab on the above step a list of various options will be displayed on the screen. Click on the option ‘beneficiary login’.

STEP 4: After clicking the ‘beneficiary login’ a pop up massage will be displayed. It says that you will be redirected to another link. Click on OK here.

 

STEP 5: After clicking the ‘OK’ you will be redirected to a new page. In this page you are asked to enter your beneficiary Id, password and captcha code shown on the screen. Enter the details as asked and click on ‘sign in’ button.

 

(IF you have not registered or generate password yet, then click on the option ‘Generate/Reset password’ seen under the ‘sign in’ option. After clicking on ‘generate/reset’ password you are asked to enter your beneficiary Id, password, registered mobile number, captcha code etc. When you proceed after entering the details an OTP will be received on your registered mobile number with CGHS. Then enter the OTP and you are asked to generate your password.)

 

STEP 6: An OTP will be received on the registered mobile number with CGHS card. Enter the OTP on this page and click on ‘proceed’ button.

 

STEP 7: Now you are logged in to your CGHS account. In this page you will find your beneficiary details on the screen. You will also find a ‘beneficiary medicine history’ on the upper bar of the page. Click on this tab on this page.

 

STEP 8: In this step you will select some details from the drop down menu. First select the beneficiary name form the list of your family member. Select the name for whose you need the medicine history. Then select the wellness center name, select medicine type, select a date range from date and to date. Select all the details from the drop down menu and finally select for a duration option.

As you select for a duration option your medicine details will be displayed on the screen. You can find here the name of medicine, date, dispensary name, quantity etc.
