Hi friends, today are going to discuss about how to download Airtel postpaid  bill payment receipt. If you are an Airtel postpaid customer and you have paid your bill online from any platform and need the receipt then how can you download the receipt online.

 

Many people paid their Airtel post-paid bills form any online portal but they do not download the receipt. But after sometimes they need the bill payment receipt. In such conditions they can download the bill payment receipt online from Airtel thanks app.

 

How to download Airtel postpaid bill payment receipt:

If you have paid Airtel postpaid bill online then follow the following steps to download the receipt.

 

STEP 1: First download the Airtel thanks mobile app on your mobile and register on the application by entering your Airtel mobile number and OTP received on your mobile number.

 

STEP 2: After registration you are logged in to your account. If you scroll the first seen option to the left side then you will see data left, bill due date and total bill amount options. Click on the option bill due date or total bill amount.

 

STEP 3: Now you will be redirected to a new page. Scroll down the page. Here you will see some shortcuts. In the shortcut list you will see a ‘view transaction’ option. Click on this option.

 

STEP 4: As you click on ‘view transaction’ option a new page will open. Here you will see the last transactions. You can also select the date range from the modify option.

 

Now click on the ‘view receipt’ for which transaction you want download the receipt.

 

STEP 5: In this step your bill payment receipt will be displayed. Here you see the name of the customer, payment date and time, transaction reference number, transaction amount etc. Click on the ‘download’ option to download the receipt. Your receipt will be downloaded to your device. You can also share the receipt on email, whatsaap etc. by clicking on the ‘share’ option.
