How to create e-shram card online:
In the following steps we are discussing the step by step process of creating e-shram card. Before proceed keep in mind that your mobile number should be linked with aadhaar.
STEP 1: Go to the website https://eshram.gov.in/ and open the home page of the website.
STEP 2: You will see an option 'register in e-shram' on the right side of the page. Click on this option.
STEP 3: You will be redirected to a page where you are asked to enter the mobile number registered with Aadhaar number. Here you are also asked if you are a member of Employee provident fund organization and if you are a member of employee's state union corporation. Select Yes or No here.
Enter the captcha code shown on the page here and click on 'send OTP' button.
STEP 4: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the OTP here and click on 'submit' button.
STEP 5: In this page you have to enter your Aadhaar card number. Enter your Aadhaar card number here, accept the terms and condition and click on 'submit'.
STEP 6: Again an OTP will be received on the mobile number linked with Aadhaar. Enter the OTP on this page and click on 'validate' button.
STEP 7: Your details as per aadhaar will be appeared on the screen. Click on the button 'continue to enter other details' option.
STEP 8: In this page you have to enter your personal details like mobile number, email address, marital status, father's name, social category, blood group, nominee details etc. Enter all the details here and click on 'save and continue' button.
STEP 7: Enter your residential details and migrate worker details if you are working in a other state. Enter the permanent address if you are residing in a other address. After entering all the details click on 'save & continue' button.
STEP 8: In this step you need to enter your education qualification. Select your education qualification from the drop down menu. Select not literate option if you have not taken education. You can also upload your education qualification certificate but it is optional. After that select monthly income from drop down menu and then also you can upload income certificate but it also optional. Finally click on 'save and continue'.
STEP 9: In this step you have to enter your occupational details. Click on the more info symbol against the primary occupation and check the code of of your occupation and enter the code here.
If you have any other occupation then you can enter it on the secondary occupation box. You can also upload occupation certificate but it is optional.
Here you also have to enter how do you acquired the skill. (select have you taken any training or not). Then click on 'save & continue' button.
STEP 10: Enter Your Bank account details on this page. And click on 'save & continue'.
STEP 11: Now your complete form will be appeared. You can save this form on your PC. Check the details appeared on the form and then trick on the box before I understand and finally click on 'submit'.
STEP 12: In this step you will see your e-shram card and a option 'Download UAN card' option to download the e-shram card. Take a print out of this card.
