How to pay electricity bill using ICICI Net Banking:

To know the process of how to pay electricity bills using ICICI net banking follow the following steps.

STEP 1: Go to ICICI Bank internet banking login page and login with your user Id and password.

 

STEP 2: After login to your account you will be on your ‘Accounts’ page. In this page you will see an option ‘Electricity’ under the ‘Bill Payments’ tab. Click on this ‘electricity’ option.

 

If you have not seen the ‘Bill payments’ options on the accounts page then you can click on ‘Payments & Transfer’ option and then ‘Pay Bills’ options.

 

STEP 3: As you click on ‘Electricity’ you will be redirected to a page where you are asked to select your electricity company and enter your consumer ID. Select the company name from the drop down menu and enter the consumer ID on the box given. Click on the box before the ‘I agree’ and click on ‘Next’ button.

 

STEP 4: A new page will be appeared. Here you are asked to check the payment details once again. You will also see an option ‘Do you want to set auto payment for future payments?’ If you want to set auto payments then select ‘Yes’ and if you don’t want to set auto payment then select ‘No’.

 

After checking all the details and selecting the auto payment option click on ‘Proceed to pay’ option.

 

STEP 5: An OTP will be received on the registered mobile number with the bank. Enter the OTP on it and click on ‘Pay Now’ option.

 

Now your payment will be done successfully. You will also be received massage from ICIC bank and electricity provider.
