How to download SBI PPF account statement on Yono?

Now after new update of Yono SBI in the year 2026, you can download your PPF account statement from Yono app.

 

Many of SBI customers who have a PPF account in SBI wanted to know the process of downloading PPF account statement from Yono. That is why we are discussing this topic on this article. On the following steps we are discussing the step by step process of downloading SBI PPF account statement on Yono. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to Yono SBI mobile app and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: You will see different labels under the “Accounts” section. Click on the link “View Details” on the label “Deposits”.

 

STEP 3:  You will see your deposit accounts on this page. Where, you will find your PPF account also. Click on the PPF account number here.

 

STEP 4: As you click on the PPF account number transactions of your PPF account will be appeared on the screen. Here on the right top of the transactions you will see an option “Request Statement”. Click on this option.

 

STEP 5: You will be redirected to “Request Statement” page. Here you will ask to select duration select file format. You can select the duration as current month, last month, last three months, current financial year and custom date. You can select anyone of them or custom date. In present if you select custom date then you can select 6 month date range at a time.

 

Again while you go for select format type then you can select PDF or Excel format. Select anyone of them.

 

STEP 6: After selecting all details on the above step you will get two options for downloading statement. One is ‘Email’ and the other is ‘Download’. You can email the statement to your registered email by clicking on ‘Email’. If you want to download it instantly then click on “Download”.

 

STEP 7: A message will be appeared “Download successfully”. It means your statement is downloaded. Now if you downloaded it on PDF format then it will be password protected.

 

To open you the PDF you have to enter a password. The password will be the first five characters of your first name in capital letters and your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY.

 

For example, if your name is Abinash Kumar and DOB is 23/11/2003 then the password will be ABINA23112003. Again if your first name contain less than five characters suppose your name is Ravi Kumar and the DOB is 23/11/2003 then the password will be RAVI23112003.
