How to Lock / Unlock SBI Yono?

 

Hello friends, in this article we are discussing on “how to Lick / Unlock SBI Yono”. If you are using SBI internet banking, Yono SBI app, Yono Lite app and you wanted to keep locking your SBI Internet Banking, Yono app and Yono lite app when you are not using then how to do it.

 

You can do it from one place. It does not matter whether you are using SBI Internet Banking, Yono SBI or Yono Lite SBI. By locking SBI Internet Banking you can stop fraud transaction in your account. Here I am discussing the process of Lock and Unlock SBI Internet Banking through Yono SBI.

 

How to Lock /Unlock SBI Yono:

You can lock all SBI Internet Banking products from any one of them. Here we are discussing the step by step process of Locking and Unlocking Yono SBI app as like as SBI Internet Banking products.

 

STEP 1: Go to Yono SBI mobile app and open the login page.

 

STEP 2: Click on the option “Lock / Unlock App” on the bottom of the page.

 

STEP 3: A pop up message will be appeared. It says that you will now redirect to retail online SBI website. Click on the “OK” button.

 

STEP 4: You will be redirected to “Lock and Unlock Internet Banking Access”. Here you have to select the option “Lock User Access”. Enter user name of your SBI Yono or Internet Banking, account number and the captcha code. Enter all the details and click on “Confirm”.

 

STEP 5: A notification will be displayed on the screen. Read the notification and click on “OK”.

 

STEP 6: An OTP will be receive on your register mobile number and email. Enter the OTP and click on “Submit”.

 

STEP 7: The message “Your Internet Banking Access has been locked successfully” will be displayed. Now you can’t be access to Yono Lite SBI, Yono SBI and SBI Internet Banking without unlocking.

 

How to Unlock Yono SBI:

Again will go to Yono SBI mobile app and follow the following steps to unlock SBI Internet Banking.

 

STEP 1: Go to Yono SBI login page and click on the option “Lock / Unlock app”.

 

STEP 2: Again the pop up message will be appeared. It says that you will now redirect to retail online SBI website. Click on the “OK” button.

 

 

STEP 3: On the Lock and Unlock SBI Internet Banking page, select the option “Unlock User Access”. Enter your Internet Banking user id and account number. Enter the captcha code shown on the page and click on “Confirm”.

 

STEP4: One OTP will be received on your registered mobile number and email. Enter OTP here and click on “Submit”.

 

STEP 5: In this page you will see two options. One is using profile password and the other is through home branch. Select using profile password here.

 

STEP 6: Enter the SBI Internet Banking profile password and click on “Submit”. Your all SBI Internet Banking product will be unlocked. You can also select through home branch option. Then you need to visit your home branch to unlock your Yono SBI or Yono Lite app or SBI Internet Banking.
