the process through SBI mobile banking app Yono. Hence keep the login details
of SBI Yono. Now follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to Yono SBI mobile app and login to your account.
STEP 2: Now you are on the dashboard of your account. See the bottom bar of the
page and click on “Service Request”.
STEP 3: Some more options will be appeared. Click on the “Settings” option out
of them.
STEP 4: Yono SBI settings page will open. Here you will see many options.
Scroll down the page and go to the “personalization” section. Here you will see
“Manage Profile” link. Click on this link here.
STEP 5: Your name, DOB etc. will be appeared on the screen. Scroll down the
page here. You will see the email address, mobile number, communication address
etc. will be appeared on the screen.
