How to enable biometric login in Cent eeZ app:

Before going to set finger print login in Cent eeZ app you must register in Cent eeZ app first and then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to Cent eeZ mobile app and go to the login page.

 

STEP 2: Enter MPIN to login and click on ‘Continue’.

 

STEP 3: As you click on continue you will ask for enable biometric login. If you click on OK then you can go to enable biometric login from here. But we are going to do it from the settings option of your account. Hence we click on cancel under the message.

 

STEP 4: As you click on the cancel we will logged in to Central Bank account. Now we are on the account’s dashboard. Here we will see a three line option on the left top of the page. Click on this option on this page.

 

STEP 5: A list of different options will be appeared. Scroll down the list and click on the option “Settings”.

 

STEP 6: As you click on the settings you will be on the settings page. Here you will see many more options under settings. Go to the end of the page. Click on the last option “Biometric Login”.

 

STEP 7: You will see a button on the biometric login page. Switch on the biometric button.

 

STEP 8: A pop up message will be appeared. It says that you will be logged out and you have to enter your login PIN once to enable the biometric login. Click on the OK button under the message.

 

STEP 9: You will be redirected to login page again. Enter the MPIN and click on “continue” button on the login page.

 

STEP 10: Now you are asked to authenticate your biometrics. Touch the finger to your device’s fingerprint sensor.

 

You will be logged in after authenticate successfully. Now finger print login is enabled in Cent eeZ mobile app successfully. This is the process how to enable biometric login in Cent eeZ app.
