Yono New Update: How to lock unlock Yono SBI?

 

Hello friends, in this article we are discussing on the topic how to lock unlock Yono SBI. SBI has update Yono SBI app recently and the process of locking unlocking Yono SBI has been changed. Hence we are discussing on the topic again.

 

On the following steps we are discussing the process of Lock / Unlock Yono SBI and SBI digital channels. Keep in mind that if you lock the SBI digital channels from Yono SBI then all of SBI internet banking products like Yono SBI, Yono Lite SBI, and SBI Internet Banking will be locked.  Now follow the following steps.

 

Lock Yono SBI / Yono Lite / SBI Internet Banking

STEP 1: Open SBI Yono mobile app and go to the end of the login page. Here you will find an option “More”. Click on this option.

 

STEP 2: A list of some more options will be appeared. Click on the option “Lock / Unlock Access”.

 

STEP 3: Here it ask “would you like to temporary lock the digital channel?” Read the instructions displayed here and click on the tab “Lock Access”.

 

STEP 4: A message will be appeared. “Success” Digital channel access successfully locked. It means all SBI Internet Banking products has been successfully locked. Now you can’t login to Yono SBI, Yono Lite SBI and SBI Internet banking without unlocking it.

 

Unlock Yono SBI / Yono Lite / SBI Internet Banking:

If you have locked SBI internet banking channels and you want to unlock it then follow the following steps. We are discussing this process through Yono SBI app.

 

STEP 1: Open SBI Yono mobile app and go to the end of the login page. Here you will find an option “More”. Click on this option.

 

 

STEP 2: A list of some more options will be appeared. Click on the option “Lock / Unlock Access”.

 

STEP 3: Here it ask “Would you like to unlock digital channel access?” Click on the button “Unlock Access”.

 

STEP 4: You will see an option “Debit Card” to unlock the access. Click on the option “Debit card”.

 

STEP 5: You will be redirected to “Debit card authentication” page. Here you will see first some digits of your debit card number. You will ask to enter the last 6 digits of debit card number and debit card PIN.

 

Enter the last 6 digits of the debit card number and its PIN. Finally click on “Proceed”.

 

STEP 6: A message will be appeared. Success! You have successfully unlocked digital channel access.

 

This is the new process how to lock unlock Yono SBI.
