Many ICICI Bank customers wanted to know the process of lock and unlock ICICI debit card. That is why we are going to discuss the process. On the following paragraphs we are discussing step by step process of lock and unlock ICICI debit card.

 

How to Lock & Unlock ICICI debit card online:

We are discussing the step by step process through iMobile app. Hence if you have not registered in iMobile app then register in iMobile app first and then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to iMobile app and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: You will see a “debit card” option just under your ICICI account’s balance. Click on the “Debit Card” option.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to “Manage Debit Card” page.

 

STEP 4: Here you will find an option “Card Control”. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 5: Now you will see two main options Domestic and International (if your card is supported international transaction). First go to Domestic option.

 

STEP 6: The various Debit card facilities will be appeared on the screen. You will see ATM withdrawal, Merchant Outlet, Online and Contact less. You will also see switches against each option. Turn off all the switches here and click on “Submit”.

 

STEP 7: You will ask to enter the four digit login PIN to the iMobile app. Enter the PIN here.

 

STEP 8: A message will be appeared “Your transaction limit has been successfully modified”. It means your card is locked.

 

STEP 9: Now if you want to unlock the card again go to debit card control option as mentioned in STEP 4. All the debit card facilities and their switches will be appeared off. Switch on all the switches or your required switches and click on” Submit”.

 

STEP 10: Again enter four digit login PIN and your card will be unlocked.
