How to update bank account in NPS:
We are
discussing the process of changing bank account in NPS account using NPS mobile
app. Hence follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to NPS mobile app and login to your account.
STEP 2: After logged in you will see your current NPS value on the screen. You
will also see a three line option on the let top of the page. Click on the
three line option here.
STEP 3: A list of some options will be appeared. Click on the option “My
Profile”.
STEP 4: Your email address, mobile number, communication address, bank details
etc. will be appeared on the screen.
STEP 5: You will see a pencil symbol against your bank details. Click on the
pencil symbol against your Tier I or Tier II account for which you want to
update bank account number.
STEP 6: On this page you are asked to enter bank account number, re-enter bank
account number, IFSC etc. Enter all the details and click on search.
STEP 7: As you click on “Search” the bank address will be fetched
automatically. Now click on “Validate”.
STEP 8: An OTP on your registered mobile number and an OTP on your registered
email address will be received. Enter both OPT here and click on “validate”.
Your account in
NPS will be updated successfully. Sometimes it may take one working day for updating.
