customer and supposed you have booked a train ticket using ICICI mobile banking

to cancel the ticket then he can easily cancel it through ICICI mobile banking
or internet banking.
In this article we are discussing how the process through
ICICI mobile banking app iMobile. On the following paragraphs we are discussing
the step by step process.
How to
cancel train ticket in ICICI Bank:
Before going to cancel train ticket through ICICI Bank the
ticket should booked through ICICI Bank mobile banking of internet banking. If
so then follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to
iMobile app and login with your MPIN.
STEP 2: As you
logged in to your account you will be on the dashboard of the page. Scroll to
the left of the page. Click on ‘Rail’ icon.
STEP 3: Here
you will see three options book tickets, check PNR and my bookings. Click on
the ‘My bookings’ here.
STEP 4: Now
your booked tickets will be appeared on the screen. Here you will see another
three options under the ticket details cancel ticket, file TDR and download
ERS. Click on the ‘Cancel ticket’ here.
STEP 5: The
details of your ticket will be appeared on the screen. Select the name of the
passenger whose ticket has to be cancelled and accept the terms and conditions.
Finally click on ‘Cancel Ticket’.
STEP 6: Your
ticket will be cancelled and you will received SMS from IRCTC. Your refund
amount will be displayed on the screen and it says that it will take 7-10
working days to credit in your account/ mode of original payment source.
