STEP 1: Go to iMobile app and log in to your account.

 

STEP 2: As you logged in to your account the dashboard of your account will be displayed on the screen. You will see your savings bank account number, account balance and UPI Id (if you have generated it) on the top of the page. Under the UPI Id you will see three options statement, cards and services. Click on ‘services’ option here.

 

STEP 3: In this step you will be on the services page. Here you will see a list of various options. Tap on the first option ‘update profile’.

 

STEP 4: Now you will be redirected to profile update page. Here you can update your profile. You will see your ICICI Bank customer Id on the top of the page.
