How to change address in Indane gas connection online:

Before going to change address in Indane gas connection you should register in Indian Oil One mobile app or Indian oil website first. If you have already done it then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to your mobile and open Indian Oil One mobile app. As the application open you will be on the home page of the app. You will see a three line (menu) option on the right side top corner of the page. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 2: A new page will open here you will see an option ‘Login/Sign Up’. Click on it here.

 

STEP 3: As you click on ‘login/sign up’, the login page will appear on the screen. Here you are asked to enter the registered mobile number with Indane gas and your Indane gas online portal password. Enter both and click on ‘Login Now’.

If you have not registered with Indian oil then click on ‘Don’t have an account, Register’ and create your password.

 

STEP 4: Now you are logged in to your account. You will see the customer’s name on the top of the page. Again click on the three line option on this page.

 

STEP 5: A list of various options will be displayed on the screen. Click on the option ‘LPG’ here.

 

STEP 6: Now you are on the LPG dashboard. Here you will see domestic connection and commercial connection two option. Click on the ‘Apply/View connection’ under domestic connection.

 

STEP 7: On this LPG dashboard at the end of the page you will see ‘Address Change’ option. Click on this option here.

 

STEP 8: You will be redirected to another page. On the top of the page it is written that ‘Distributor same but address changed’. It means here you can change the address under your distributor’s area.

 

Here you are asked to enter your new address. Select a proof of address documents from the list on the drop down menu. Enter the number of your selected document and upload a photo of the proof of address document. Finally click on ‘Submit’.

 

STEP 9: After successful submission a service request number will be generated on this page. Note down the number for further communication. It may take 7-15 days. For the fast process contact your distributor.
