Actually many times when we recharge a mobile number using Yono SBI the
recharge is not done but amount is deducted from your account.
In such conditions you need to contact to your network
provider or to Bank. When you call them they ask you the transaction number. But you don’t have the transaction number in your
hand. In that conditions how to check the transaction number of recharge done
in Yono SBI.

How
to check Yono SBI mobile recharge transaction Id:
To see the transaction Id in Yono SBI you have to
follow the same process which you have followed at the time of mobile recharge.
Now follow the following steps.
STEP1:
Go to your mobile and open Yono SBI mobile app. Log in to your account using
MPIN or User Id Password.

As you logged in to your account you will be at the dashboard of your account.
Scroll down the page and click on the link ‘Bill Payments’.

In this page on the bottom of the page you will find three options. These are recharge,
quick bill pay and pay and add biller. Click on the first option ‘Recharge’.

As you click on ‘Recharge’ you will be redirected to ‘Recharge’ page. Here on
the top of the page you will see two main options. One is mobile and the other
is enquiry. Click on the enquiry option.
After clicking enquiry you are asked to enter mobile
network provider name for which you have done the recharge or the amount of
recharge done. Enter the amount of recharge done here and click on the ‘search’
option.

5:
You recharged amount and the transaction Id will be displayed on the screen.
