STEP 1: Go to www.licindia.in and open the home page of the website. In this page you will see ‘Pay direct (without login)’ ‘Through Customer Portal’ under the ‘Pay premium online’. Click on ‘Pay Direct’ option.

 

STEP 2: In this page you will see ‘Pay Direct’ and ‘View/Download Receipt’. Click on the ‘View/Download Receipt’ option here.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to Download receipt page. Here you are asked to enter policy number, date of transaction and select transaction type. Enter all the details correctly and select the transaction type as ‘Renewal/Revival’. Finally click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 4: As you click on ‘submit’ on the above step payment receipt number, amount paid and date of transaction will be displayed. Click on the payment receipt number to download the receipt. And save the receipt on your device.
