Go to the website https://www.swavlambancard.gov.in
and open the home page of the website.

‘Download your e-Disability card or e-UDID Card’ out of them.

As you have registered in the UDID portal at the time of applying for UDID card
hence you have to login here. To login, you are asked to enter your enrolment
Number / UDID Number, date birth of the applicant and the captcha code shown on
the box. Enter all the details correctly and click on ‘login’.
STEP
4:
Now you are logged in to your UDID application account. Here on the left side
of the page you will see some different options. Click on the option ‘Download
your E-UDID Card’ out of them.
Your computer asked you to select saving location
and give a name of the file. Select the location in which drive you want to
save the file and enter a name of the file and click on ‘Save’ button. Your
UDID card will be saved on your PC in PDF format.
