How to check Indane gas subsidy status online:

Before going to check the subsidy status of Indane gas you should register and have an user Id or registered mobile number and a password of the Indane gas booking account. If you are not registered in Indane gas online portal yet then register first and follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website www.mylpg.in and click on the Indane cylinder image on the home page of the website. You can also click on this link https://cx.indianoil.in/webcenter/portal/LPG/pages_lpgservices

 

STEP 2: After clicking on the above link you will be redirected to the Indane gas booking page. Here you will see tow option on the right corner of the page. One is ‘Login’ and the other is ‘register’. If you want to register with Indane gas online booking portal then click on ‘register’ and if you are a already registered customer then click on ‘Login’.

 

STEP 3: Now you are ask to enter your mobile number which you have linked with your Indane gas connection and click on ‘continue’.

 

STEP 4: Here you are asked to enter your Indane gas booking account’s password. Enter the password and click on the box before the term ‘I am not a robot’. Finally click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 5: Now you are logged in to your Indane gas booking account. You will see your account details on the page. Scroll down the page here and you will see various options on the page. Click on the option ‘Track your service’ from the list of options.

 

STEP 6: Now you are redirected to a page where you will see the list of refill bookings you have made in last 6 months. You will also see the order numbers of refill bookings on the screen. Click on the order number for which you want to check the subsidy status.

 

STEP 7: Now all the details related to your order number will be displayed on the screen. Here you will see an option ‘subsidy details’. Click on this option here.

 

The details related to subsidy will be appeared here. You can see here that your subsidy amount is sent to your account or not. If your subsidy amount is not sent to your account due to some errors then you can take print out of the order details and can talk with your dealer. So that they can resolves the issue and send money to your account.
