Hi friends, in this blog we are describing the steps
of how to download filed ITR in new portal and can download form V (ITR V
acknowledgement). If you are searching for how to download filed ITR forms of
previous year as well as of the current year then you can easily download it.
You can also download ITR acknowledgement letter i.e. form following this
process.
If you have filed ITR return recently and you did
not save the ITR form filed and now you need of the form then you can download
it from income tax website. You can also download the ITR forms filed in past
years.
How
to download filed ITR in new portal? How to download ITR form V?
Before going to download ITR filed form and ITR form
V acknowledgement letter you need to have your user Id (PAN number) and
password handy. If you have no password then reset it by clicking on forgot
password before proceed to get filed ITR forms.
If you know the process how to income tax return
copy online then follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to the income tax website www.incometax.gov.in
and open the home page of the website.
STEP 2: In this page you will see the login option
on the top bar of the page. Click on this option. Now you are asked to enter
your PAN number or Aadhaar number or any
user Id set for e-filing income tax account. Enter your PAN number here and
click on the option ‘Continue’.
STEP 3: Another page will be appeared. Here you need
to trick on the box before term ‘please confirm your secure access message’.
And then you are asked to enter your income tax e-filing account password here.
Enter the correct password and then click on ‘continue’ button.
STEP 4: Now you are logged in to your e-filing
account. Here you will see an option ‘e-file’ on the upper bar of the page.
Place the cursor on it. As you placed the cursor on the ‘e-file’ option two new
options will be appeared. One is ‘income tax return’ and the other is ‘income
tax forms’ place cursor on the first option ‘income tax return’.
Again some another options will be displayed. Click
on the option ‘view filed returns’ option out of them.
STEP 5: You will be redirected to a new page. In
this page you will see your all filed ITR forms and acknowledgment letter form
V will be appeared. Here you will find all the filed up ITR forms you have
filed before.
Now you will see ‘download form’ and ‘download
receipt’ against each ITR. Click on the option ‘download form’ to download the
ITR forms and click on the option ‘download receipt’ to download the ITR
acknowledgement letter (form V).
STEP 6: As you click on the above said download
option you will asked to choose saving location in your PC. Select the saving
location and give a name of the file and finally click on ‘Save’ button.
Now your file will be saved on your PC. Now you can
