can generate SBI ATM PIN online and also you can activate the ATM card online.

How to generate SBI ATM PIN online:
If you have
received an ATM card from SBI then you can generate PIN online. Here is the
step by step procedure of creating SBI ATM PIN online.
STEP 1: First go to SBI internet banking login page and login with your user Id
and password.
STEP 2: After logged in to your account go to the upper bar of the page and
click on the ‘E-services’ option. After click on this options some more options
will be appeared. Click on the ‘ATM card services’ among the options.
STEP 3: Now you will see the ATM card related options under the ‘ATM card
services’. Click on the option ‘ATM PIN Generation’ from the list of ATM
related options.
STEP 4: A new page will be appeared, here you will find two options the first
one is ‘using one time password’ and the second one is ‘using profile password’.
Click on the second option ‘using profile password’.
STEP 5: In this page you are asked to enter the profile password. Enter the
profile password here and click on ‘submit’.
STEP 6: Another new page will appear here you need to select your debit card
account number. Select the account number and click on ‘Continue’.
STEP 7: The list of ATM card numbers linked with your account number will be
appeared. Select the ATM card for which you have to generate PIN and click on ‘submit’
button.
STEP 8: Now you will get the ATM PIN generation option. You have to enter first
two digit of your ATM PIN of your choice. Enter any two digit of your choice in
the box and click on ‘submit’. The remaining two digits will be sent to your
registered mobile number.
STEP 9: Now in this page you are asked to enter the all four digits of your ATM
PIN. Enter both of them together i.e. first two digit which you have entered
before and the last two digit which you have received on mobile. After entering
the four digits PIN click on ‘Submit’.
Now your PIN
number has been updated successfully. After PIN generation you need to activate
your ATM card. To activate your card you need to do the first transaction on
any State Bank group ATM card or activate the card through online SBI.
How to activate SBI ATM card online:
After ATM Pin
generation we are going to discuss the ATM card online activation process.
Follow the following steps to activate SBI ATM card online.
STEP 1: Go to SBI internet banking and logged in to your account.
STEP 2: After logged in to your account click on the option ‘e-services’. Then
a list of new options will be displayed. Click on the option ‘ATM card services’
among from the list.
STEP 3: Here another options related to ATM card services will be appeared.
Click on ‘New ATM card Activation’.
STEP 4: A new page will open you have to select the account number and enter
your ATM card number and the confirm ATM card number which you need to
activate. After entering the ATM card numbers click on the ‘Activate’ button.
STEP 5: In this step you are asked to confirm your account number and card
number. If all details are correct then click on ‘confirm’.
STEP 6: An OTP will be received on your registered mobile number with account
number. Enter the OTP here and click on ‘Confirm’.
STEP 7: A massage will be displayed saying that ATM card has been activated
successfully.
