How to download voter ID card on mobile:

We are discussing this process on a mobile app namely “ECINET”. Hence go to play store and download and install this mobile app. Then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to your mobile and open the mobile app “ECINET”.

 

STEP 2: The Interfresh of the app will be open on the screen. Click on the profile icon on the left top of the page.

 

STEP 3: Here you are asked to enter your mobile number to sign in to your account. But if you have not create an account before then you need to register first and click on “New User” to register.

 

As we are a registered user hence we enter the mobile number and click on “Send OTP”.

 

STEP 4: Your name, voter Id number, mobile number etc. will be displayed on the screen. Here you will see the email Id box is empty if you did not verify the email before. Hence enter the email Id and click on “verify”. An OTP will be sent to the email, enter the OTP and click on “update profile”.

 

STEP 5: Now you are logged in to your account. As we have to download the e-Voter ID card, hence we will click on the icon “Download e-Voter card (e-EPIC)”.

 

STEP 6: Keep in mind that you can download your e-Voter card only if your mobile number is registered with your voter Id. If you have not linked your mobile number with voter Id then fill the form 8 and link your mobile number first.

 

If you have already linked your mobile number with voter card then you will see three options. Here you can download voter card by voter Id number, by the reference number or search by the details. Here we have the voter Id number so we will click on the first one. But if you have applied for voter Id recently and you have the reference Id then you can chose the second one.

 

Now we click on the “Download by voter Id/ EPIC number”.

 

STEP 7: Your voter Id number will be already displayed here because of you have entered the voter Id number at the time of registration. Now select your state and click on “Fetch Details”.

 

STEP 8: Your voter details will be appeared on the screen. Click on the “Proceed” button on this page.

 

STEP 9: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP here and click on “Verify & Download” button.

 

STEP 10: Your e-Voter Id will be appeared on the screen. Click on the “Share” symbol to download the Id.

 

As you click on the “share” symbol you will have the options download, share with whatsaap, share with email. Click on the download button to download the card. If you will not success to download the card then share it to whatsaap or email and download it form whatsaap or email.
