How to redeem Axis mutual fund:

You can withdraw full money or partial money of the invested fund when needed. In this discussion we are discussing the process through Axis mutual fund mobile app. Hence keep the Id password handy and follow the following steps.

STEP 1: Go to Axis mutual fund app and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: Click on the three line option on the left top corner of the home page.

 

STEP 3: A list of options will be appeared on the screen. Click on the option “Transact” out of them.

 

STEP 4: As you click on “Transact” some more options will be appeared on the screen. Click on the option “Redeem” form the options.

 

STEP 5: Your existing investment will be appeared on the screen. Select the fund from which you want to withdraw money and click on “Continue”.

 

STEP 6: Your invested amount and current value will be appeared on the screen. If you want to cancel the redemption process then click on “Cancel Redemption” otherwise click on “Next”.

 

STEP 7: In this page you are asked to evaluate your redemption. Here you it will say that if your investment period is less than one year then you have to pay exit load amount. You can cancel the redemption process by “Cancel redemption” and can proceed by clicking on “Next”. We will click on “next” here.

 

STEP 8: Now you are ask to decide your redemption. Here it will show that you can switch to another mutual fund, proceed with SWP and cancel redemption. Click on “Continue Redemption” to proceed the redemption.

 

STEP 9: Your selected fund will be appeared. Click on the option “Continue”.

 

STEP 10: In this step you will ask to select the reason for which you want to redeem the fund. Select anyone option related to your redemption. If you don’t find your related option then select “Other” and write the reason. After selecting the reason click on “continue”.

 

STEP 11: In this page you will see your eligible withdrawal amount and available units. You are asked to select “full redemption” of “partial redemption”. We select here “partial redemption’. Because of we have to withdraw some money from the investment.

 

Then select the form of withdrawal in “amount” or in “unit”. We select here amount. And enter the amount to be withdrawn.

 

Select the option “Redeem now” or “Schedule redemption”. We select here “Redeem now”.

 

After entering all the details click on “Continue”.

 

STEP 12: Your redemption amount and last four digit of your account number will also be appeared. Click on the option “Redeem Now”.

 

STEP 13: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email Id will be sent; Enter the OTP or wait to auto fill. Finally click on “Continue”.

 

Your redemption process will be successful and you will get the money on your selected account within 3 days.
