Hello friends, in this article we are discussing on how to
activate SBI ATM card in Yonon app. If you a SBI customer and recently you have
received an ATM card, then you need to activate the card. And you don’t have
time to go SBI ATM to activate the card. In such situation you can activate the
card through Yono SBI.
In present SBI offers the facility of generate ATM PIN, activate
new ATM card for their customers in their mobile banking app Yono. If you are
also using Yono SBI then you can easily activate your new SBI debit card online.
How to
activate SBI ATM card in Yono:
Before going to activate your new ATM card you should have
the card with you and register in Yono SBI. Now follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to
Yono SBI mobile app and login to your account.
STEP 2: As you
logged in to your account your account’s dashboard will be displayed on the
screen. In this page you will see different icons. Click on the ‘Cards’ on this
page.
STEP 3: In this
page you will see some options under the cards. Click on the first option ‘My
debit card’ on this page.
STEP 4: You
will be redirected to the debit card page. Here on the top you will see your
savings bank account number’s last four digit and the available balance in your
account. Under the account details you will see your debit card and last four
digits of your debit card number and the expiry date. You will also see your
name on the debit card image. On the bottom of the page you will see some
options. Click on the option ‘Activate debit card’.
STEP 4: A pop
up message will be displayed on the screen. It will ask you ‘Did you receive
the debit card?’ Click on ‘Yes’ if you have received the debit card.
STEP 5: Another
page will open. In this page you will last four digits of your savings bank
account. You are asked to enter your new debit card number which you have to
activate. Enter the debit card number and click on ‘Next’.
STEP 6: An OTP
will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP here and click on ‘submit’.
Your ATM card will be activated successfully. If you have any other ATM card which is expired, it will be deactivated at the same time. This is the process how to activate SBI ATM card online. You can watch the following video on this topic.
