How to check challan with vehicle number:

Before going to create challan you need your vehicle registration number handy. Hence keep your vehicle registration number handy. Now follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website https://parivahan.gov.in and open the home page of the website.

 

STEP 2: Here place your cursor on the ‘online services’ tab on the upper bar of the page. As you place the cursor on ‘online services’ a list of different options will be appeared. Click on the option ‘e-Challan’.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to e-challan page. Here on the bottom of the page you will find ‘Get challan details’ link. Click on this link.

 

STEP 4: A new page will open in this page you will get three options to get challan details. The first one ‘challan number’, the second is ‘vehicle number’ and the third number is ‘DL number’. Select the option ‘Vehicle number’.

 

As you select vehicle number you are asked to enter vehicle number, last five character of chassis number or engine number and the capcha code shown on the page. Enter all the details correctly and click on ‘Get details’.

 

 

STEP 5: If any challan generate against your vehicle number then it will be appeared on the screen. Otherwise no any challan message will be displayed.
