How to reset Central Bank Of India internet banking password?

 

Hi guys, in this article we are going to discuss about how to reset Central Bank of India internet banking password. If you are a Central Bank customer and you have forgotten your internet banking login password then how to generate Central Bank of India password?

 

Many of Central Bank of India customers doesn’t know how to reset Central Bank forgot password. If you don’t know the process how to get CBI forgot password then follow this blog till end.

 

How to reset Central Bank Of India net banking password:

To know the process how to regenerate Central Bank Of India net banking password follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to the website www.centralbankofindia.co.in website and open the home page of the website. On the home page you will see an internet banking option, click on this option.

 

STEP 2: Now you will see personal banking and corporate banking option on this page. Click on the login button under the personal banking option.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to the login page of Central Bank Of India internet banking login page. Here you can login using your internet banking user Id and password. But you have forgotten your net banking password.

 

STEP 4: You will find ‘Online password generation’ option. Click on this option.

 

STEP 5: You will be redirected to another page where you are asked to enter your 10 digit account CIF number. You are also asked to select any one of additional authentication of password change.

 

You will see three authentications one is ‘answer security questions’, 2^nd is by ‘debit card details + date of birth’ and the third is ‘KYC+ account number’. Select the second option ‘debit card details+ date of birth’ here.

 

STEP 6: As you enter your CIF number and select the second option some other credentials will also be asked by the page. You are asked to enter your last 6 digit of debit card, debit card expiry month, debit card expiry year and date of birth as seen on the image bellow. Enter all the details and click on ‘submit’.

 

STEP 7: In this new page you have to enter your mobile number using 91 country code before your mobile number. Enter the mobile number registered with Central Bank on this page and click on ‘Generate OTP’ button.

 

STEP 8: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number with CBI. Enter the OTP on this page and also enter new password and confirm new password here. When entering the password keep in mind that the password should be between 8 to 50 characters, it should contains at least one upper case, one lower case, on number and one special character.

 

Enter the OTP and password as required and click on ‘Submit’ button.
