How to pay mobile bill using Cent mobile app:

To pay mobile bill through Central Bank of India mobile banking app follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to your mobile and open the Cent Mobile application. Log in to your account with your user Id and MPIN.

 

STEP 2: Now you are logged in to your account and you will see the dash board of your account. In this page you will see many options. You have to find the option ‘Bill Pay’ under Bill Payment section and click on it.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to Bill Payments and Recharge page. In this page you will find some different bill payment options. Out of them click on the option ‘Bharat Bill Payment System’. As you click on “Bharat Bill Payment System” three more options under it will be appeared. Click on the option ‘Add/Instant Pay BBPS Biller’.

 

STEP 4: In this page you are asked to select biller category and biller name. Select the biller category as ‘Mobile Post-paid’ and biller name the name of your network provider. After selecting both section click on ‘instant pay’ option.

 

STEP 5: A new page will appear, here you need to enter your mobile number for which bill is to paid, enter amount of bill and a remarks of payment. Enter all the details as asked and click on ‘Submit’.

 

STEP 6: You will be redirected to bill payment page. Here select your account number, select the remark as postpaid bill and then enter the transaction password of your account. Finally click on ‘Pay’ option.

 

STEP 7: Now your bill amount will be successfully paid. You will receive message and a message will also be displayed. The amount will be displayed on your mobile account within 24 hours. Sometimes it takes long times. You can also register a complaint if the payment is not received on your mobile account by clicking ‘Register BBPS complaint’.
