How
to reprint voter ID card online:
We are discussing this process through ECINET mobile
app. Hence install the mobile app first and then open the mobile app. First of
all you will need to register or create an account on this platform. Hence
click on profile icon and then click on “New User” and complete the registration
process. After registration follow the following steps.
STEP
1:
Click on the option “Voter registration forms”.
STEP
2:
A list of various forms will be appeared on the screen. Click on the “Form 8”
out of them.
STEP
3:
You will be redirected to a new page. Go to the end of the page and click on “Let’s
Start”.
STEP
4:
Here you are asked a question “Do you already have voter Id / EPIC?”. Select “Yes”
if you have the card otherwise you can select “No”. We have the voter ID card
hence we will click on “Yes” and then click on “Next”.

5:
In this page you will ask to enter your voter ID number and select your state.
Enter both details and click on “Fetch Details”.

6:
A message will be appeared on the screen. It will say that they have found
records for the entered voter ID number and ask to click on “Proceed”. Click on
“proceed” button here.

Your voter details will be displayed on the screen. Click on the “Next” button
on this page.

7:
You will see your name, name in regional language on this page. Enter your
Aadhar number, mobile number and email address on respective boxes and click on
“Next”.

8:
In this page you have to select the option for why you are submitting the application.
Here you will see four options. Select the option “Issue of replacement voter
Id/ EPIC without correction” out of them and click on “Next”.

9:
Again you have to select option for why you are reissuing voter Id. Because of
your voter id is lost / damaged or mutilated etc. Here you will have three
options.
i)
Lost.
ii)
Destroyed due to reason beyond control
like flood, fire etc.
iii)
Mutilated.
Select your reason here. If you select “Lost” then
you will have to upload the FIR copy. Select your reason here and trick on the
box before the declaration.
By clicking on the box before the declaration you
have given consent that you will return your old damaged card or the lost card
if you find after issuing the new card and you will upload the FIR copy if
lost. Finally click on “Next”.
STEP
10:
A declaration page will be appeared on the screen. Go to the end of the page
and enter your location from where you are applying and click on “Done”.

11:
Your application will be appeared on the screen. Read the declaration and accessibility
and click on “eSign & Submit”.

12:
Select the option Aadhaar number here. Enter your Aadhaar number, select the
option Aadhaar OTP and click on “Get OTP”.
An OTP will be received on the mobile number linked
with Aadhaar. Enter the OTP, trick on the box before “I hereby state that” and
go to the end of the page and click on “Submit”.
STEP
13:
A message “Your application has been submitted successfully” will be displayed
on the screen and you will see a reference Id also. Note down the reference Id
for further communication.
