How to lock / unlock Central Bank internet banking and mobile banking transaction?

 

Hello guys, in this article we are going to discuss on the topic “how to lock/unlock Central Bank internet banking and mobile banking transactions on Cent eeZ mobile app? Suppose you are a Central Bank of India customer and wanted to lock your internet banking and mobile banking transactions, then how to do it.

 

Many of Central Bank customers wanted to know the process of lock and unlock mobile banking and internet banking then you can do it through Cent eeZ mobile app. You can lock your mobile and internet banking as you want and unlock while it needed.

 

How to lock / unlock Central Bank internet banking and mobile banking transaction:

We are discussing this process through “Cent eeZ” mobile app. If you have not registered in Cent eeZ app before then register first and then follow the following steps.

 

STEP 1: Go to “Cent eeZ” mobile app and login to your account.

 

STEP 2: Now you are on the dashboard of your account. Click on the three line option on the left top of the page. A list of some options will be appeared on the screen. Scroll down this list and click on the option “Settings”.

 

STEP 3: You will be redirected to “Settings” page. On this page you will see various settings options. Out of them you click on the option “Lock mobile and internet banking”.

 

STEP 4: In this page you will see lock/ unlock transaction option. You will see a button against transactions. Switch on the transaction button here and click on “continue”.

 

STEP 5: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Here you will also see a message of OTP on a pop up window. Here you have to click on “allow” button. Click on the “allow” button here. Your OTP will be submitted successfully.

 

STEP 6: A message will be displayed. It says “Mobile and internet banking transaction lock successfully”. Now you can login to your internet and mobile banking but can’t do any transaction.

 

Again to unlock the transactions go to the same option and keep off the transaction option and click on continue. Allow the OTP and your internet banking and mobile banking transaction will be unlocked.
